I have registered for a session but now am unable to make it to class. Can I receive a refund?
We are in a business to provide health and fitness to the community members, and we want you to take YOUR health seriously! The drop out rate of exercise classes is high because it's hard work! But please realize that exercise is a continuous process, and coming to class will provide the greatest long-term results. Make time in your schedule and don't cancel that most important appointment in your schedule for that day: your exercise class! Make the commitment to come to every class.

Our refund policy is as follows: once you pay for your classes, we expect you to come to class. We are not responsible for changes in your work schedule, health or personal reasons that may prevent you from coming to class. And, we do not provide refunds should you drop out or miss classes on your own accord. You may make up any missed classes at any Saturday Body Sculpting location.

If you have a special situation you would like to discuss with one of our customer service representatives, please email us or call us. If you can't make it to class for an extended period of time, call us and we'll try to work this out with you by either freezing your unused classes so that you can use them in the future when your schedule permits, or sending your unused classes as a gift certificate to someone else that will be able to use them. Certain offers are exempt from providing any class extensions, so please read the exclusions on your coupon before signing up.
