What kind of people take Body Sculpting?
Our classes are for all ages and fitness levels. You will always be encouraged to work out at your own pace. The workouts and exercises can always be modified to accommodate any age and fitness level... regardless of how far you have to go to get to the point where you will consider yourself "fit". There is no doubt.... the sooner you start lifting weights, the better! Bone loss occurs as early as our 20's. Bone loss increases the older we get. Once you have been diagnosed with osteoporosis, there's no turning back! Strength training may help to halt the disease, but the key to prevention is "exercise". And there's no better way than Body Sculpting.
