I just registered for class and received a coupon in the mail one week later. Can the coupon be retroactivated so that I can get the discount or a refund?

We offer specials periodically throughout the year. These are timed based on the season. The day you receive your postcard is the day the special begins. The discount cannot be applied to former purchases or before the special began even though the coupon wording may not state that. If the coupon offer says specific class terms and you are already registered for those terms, speak to one of our customer service representatives about extending the offer so that you can get the discounted rate. Remember, customers that have an active email address on file with us receive notices from us concerning monthly specials. We do not sell your email address and it is for Body Sculpting's use only.
