Health Choice Screening is a self-referral imaging firm. The company offers six preventative screenings at their three locations in northeast Ohio located in Strongsville, Mayfield Village and Cuyahoga Falls.
Normal pricing is $40 for each individual screening. The screenings are also offered in packages of 3 for $100. Body Sculpting clients receive an additional discount of $10 PLUS a free Bone Density Exam with the purchase of any package (your cost is just $90).
