Class Description: Strengthen and firm your core, flatten your belly, and define your midsection in this 30-minute class with new exercises devoted to working on the upper, lower and side abdominal muscles. Directions: Marsol Apt's. Clubhouse, 6503 1/2 Marsol Road. Marsol Road is accessible 1/4 mile from SOM Center Road, or right on Parker Road as you come to the bottom of the exit ramp from the Rt. 322 east exit off I-271 Once you get on Marsol Road, turn into their parking lot and pass the Clubhouse. Make a left at the road before the tennis courts and the clubhouse will be just in front of you to the right. Enter through the rear entrance under the canopy marked "Spa". Classes are held in the Aerobics Room. This is a mirrored and air conditioned facility!
